These terms and conditions apply to your use of the Soulful Lotus website and participation in our in-person workshops, events, and related services. By using this website or booking our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
Services
Soulful Lotus provides wellness education, workshops, talks, and events. All services are delivered face to face and are intended for educational and informational purposes only.
Bookings and payments
- Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Prices are listed in South African Rand unless stated otherwise
- Payment terms for corporate, group, or organisational bookings are outlined in your proposal or invoice
- Late or non-payment may result in cancellation or refusal of service
Cancellations and rescheduling Individual bookings
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled date may be rescheduled.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged in full.
Corporate workshops and events
- Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in your written agreement or proposal
- Date changes are subject to facilitator availability
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a refund.
Participant responsibilities
- You are responsible for your own well-being during sessions.
- You agree to participate within your personal limits
- You must inform us of any relevant medical conditions before the session
- Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund
Intellectual property
All content shared during workshops, events, and on this website remains the property of Soulful Lotus. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or share materials without prior written permission.
Website use
You agree not to misuse this website or its content. We do not guarantee that the website will be error free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
You agree to indemnify and hold Soulful Lotus and its owners, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, service providers and licensors (if any) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, due to or arising out of your:
- use of the website;
- use of our services;
- violation of this Agreement or any law or regulation;
- or violation of any right of a third party.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to South African jurisdiction.
